Business Specialist
Job Overview
The Business Specialist is responsible for uncovering website development/redevelopment opportunities through his/her day to day activities. The position promotes growth of the Triadic Software core customer base. Duties include selling website development/upgrading products to business clients in and around the community of the Business Specialist, and cross selling for additional pre-existing product in the Triadic Software affiliated family.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Sell, open and maintain accounts with business clients by sustaining great client relationships and utilizing the web development team when needed.
- Become crossed trained in other product lines to become a more versatile Business Specialist.
- Develop a strategy to effectively sell a wide range of products.
- Have regular weekly or monthly meetings with direct supervisor and/or other employees in different departments.
- Develop a plan to engage in networking events, small business fairs, and other communities events to develop new business.
- Willingly perform all other duties and projects as assigned.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Entry level position - 1+ years of related experience
- Strong problem solving, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to perform effective and independently
- Ability to quickly assimilate new information, processes and tools
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to create a positive work environment
- Excellent keyboard and MS Office skills
